The Space
Our spacious 3-bedroom, 3-bathroom home is thoughtfully designed with an open concept. Enjoy the following features:
Fully equipped kitchen with granite counters, stainless steel appliances, ice maker, coffee maker, microwave, dishwasher, and refrigerator/freezer.
A Private Boat Dock with two Wave runner ramps.
Dining and entertaining with four barstools, high-speed internet (Starlink), and four TVs.
Comfortable sleeping arrangements include a master suite with an en-suite jacuzzi tub, a separate shower, and double vanities. One bedroom has a queen bed; another has two twin beds, and there are two additional guest bathrooms.
Outdoor spaces include a BBQ, Hammocks, Propane Gas Fire Pit, a sunset patio, and an outdoor shower.
Guest Access
You’ll have full access to the home (master closet excluded) and onsite parking for up to three cars (garage excluded). Entry codes for the gated community and the home will be provided the day before your arrival. As part of the private association, common sense rules ensure a peaceful stay.
